Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or placing an order on Aseefa Electronics ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Stock levels are updated in real time, but availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed as paid.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed through our secure, encrypted payment provider. We do not store your card or mobile money details on our own servers, they are handled entirely by our payment processor.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Kenya. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your county and shown before you pay. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, delays can occur due to courier availability, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns and warranty

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are honored according to the manufacturer's own terms. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aseefa Electronics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
